Set in the hamlet of Halikeri, Federico Villa is just 800m from Alaties Beach and 1500m from Aghia Jeruslam Beach.
The quaint but sophisticated village of Fiscardo is 10 minutes by car away.
Federico Villa is a traditional stone building in a tranquil location with superb views of the Ionian sea and the Palliki peninsula.
Although fully equipped for self catering holidays, it is comforting to know that both the nearby beaches have excellent seaside tavernas serving delicious local food.
Federico Villa is divided into two self contained and private apartments and offers a choice of either the ‘Ground Floor’ or the ‘Penthouse’
Both apartment are fully equipped and can accommodate up to 6 people. Each apartment has 2 large double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and bidet, lounge and kitchen. There is a sofa bed in each lounge.
Federico Villa is owned and managed by a friendly Italian family who live close by. They are unubtrusive so your privacy is guaranteed but they are on hand for friendly help and information when required.
Accommodation details:
The Penthouse is 85 m2 in area and has large covered outdoor terrace with table and chairs for outdoor living. Fantastic views and amazing sunsets can be enjoyed from the terrace.
The Ground floor apartment at 110 m2 has a larger lounge and kitchen as well as more extensive outdoor space. The sunset and views from this apartment are incredible.
The accommodation is comfortably furnished with air conditioning , Free Wi-Fi and satellite television available in both apartments.
Both apartments have access to the shared swimming pool and each apartment has a designated poolside area equipped with sun loungers, tables and chairs. The pool is 7.6m long x 4.3m wide. Maximum depth is 1.6m and minimum depth 1.3m
